My primary creative focus is on producing multi-media projects that entertain, educate, enliven and inspire people. I stand for total authenticity in creative expression, whatever the medium, and a commitment to the highest excellence I can manifest in bringing a project to life. As a mezzo-soprano, I sing a wide variety of genres and styles, from opera to cabaret to Latin jazz to folk, both as a soloist and as an enthusiastic ensemblist. I'm particularly dedicated to Spanish art song and Cuban music. My voice has a wide range of colors, and I always do my best to convey the essence of the music in its natural style. I want the audience to experience in my music direct communication, truth and honesty, and to be moved and uplifted, whatever the genre. I'm also a classical pianist, play jazz flute, was once a harpist, and occasionally compose. A couple of decades ago, I was an amateur photographer in love with my wonderful Nikon (analog, of course).
